The Upper Linda Vista Homeowners Association strives to maintain the architecture and visual appeal of the neighborhood. Since the Upper Linda Vista Homeowners Association is divided into sections, our board partners with residents to ensure all protective covenants are being followed. To ensure that covenants are enforced consistently, our association contracts with a third-party to conduct periodic inspections.
